How Much Office Space Do We Still Need?

Hybrid work models decouple headcount from space requirements.
What matters is not how many people work in the company –

but rather how many are present at the same time.

With this presence simulation, we model the actual simultaneous use of your office throughout the year. Based on just a few key figures, we calculate a reliable space requirement.

You provide:

  • Number of employees

  • Share of mobile work

The simulation calculates:

  • average simultaneous presence

  • peak days

  • recommended office size

The basic simulation is free for event participants of the Silicon Saxony Afterwork Event.
You will receive your individual result by email within a few days.
